LANDSCAPING

Landscaping is the term used to describe how a site shall look at its finish state, this may involve levelling top soil to the correct grade and sewing grass, or executing the finish surface areas with correct material or paving etc.

DRAINAGE

Drainage is the term used for dealing with all aspects of surface water and sewer water including septic tanks for domestic and agricultural services.

SITE INVESTIGATIONS/ TEST HOLES

Before a build can commence there is a process of determining what waste water system will be sufficient to service the site. This is done by digging test holes of various sizes with an excavator that then have to be investigated with soil types taken for analysis.

FOUNDATIONS

Foundations are the basis of any build or structure. It can mean digging down to the correct depth and width of the ground leaving a level base which is typically poured with concrete and supported with mesh steel.

EXTENSIONS

Extensions are an add on to any structure and can be any size from small sun rooms to large structures bigger than the existing build.

SITE CLEARANCE

Site clearance is going onto a typical site that maybe overgrown , heavily littered or even a greenfield site.  Removing all waste off site correctly, uniformed and safely.

It can also mean removing top soil or any surface and leaving the ground ready for foundations or pipe wok etc to be carried out.

DEMOLITION

Demolition is the safe dismantling of a structure that requires a new design or has simply been deemed necessary to take down. The material is separated correctly and safely.

SUBFLOORS /FINISH FLOORS

A subfloor is the material used to support a finish concrete floor level.

Most sub floors consist of compacted hardcore that may contain the pipe work for Plumbing and heating on a new build. 

​

The finish floors is the end result which is usually a concrete floor or a liquid screed finish that contains the underfloor heating pipe work.

We can execute any concrete finish for floors , driveways, footpaths etc in domestic, agricultural or industrial.
